On a black background is the current time that can be shown in any color you like, but to get the more neon-like effect, bright pink, green, yellow or red should be used. The seperating dots in the middle toggle their opacity every second. All of this on a fixed background color of pure black. With this widget you can set up a custom front color, what in most cases is for text or the current date.
